Anne Larsen Original Oil
Massachusetts artist Anne Larsen. Anne resided in Milton from many years and painted quite a bit from postcards and photographs. Most of her works are signed some dated and many with descriptions of the view. You can see by her choice of bright colors and festive scenes that she enjoyed life, and enjoyed painting it. All paintings are sold as found with any flaws (and there are a few) noted under items description. Since most are many years old they could use a professional cleaning, although they are beautiful. This colorful painting shows a farm house in full glory. It sits on a clear blue lake with a wonderful contrast of green grass and blue skies. The canvas measures 17 3/4" wide and 12" high. In the lower left it reads "OSTERLUND.BUILT 1885" and in the lower right it is signed ANNE BERETE LARSEN and also reads "SERENSEN OSTERLUND 1982".
