當代北京名畫家何鏡涵 (1923一 ) 寫意樓閣山水水彩畫
He Jinghan, Council Member of Research Society of Chinese Painting, President of Jinghus Society of Painting and Calligraphy, Born in Beijing in 1923. Studied painting and calligraphy diligently at an early age. Instructed by painter Huang Jun. Appointed as a staff painter in Beijing Academy of Painting in 1958.His is good at painting figures in ancient clothes, buildings and landscape. Inheriting the traditional techniques of Chinese painting and experimenting with new techniques, he has developed an impressionistic style of his own. His works are often shown in Beijing municipal and China national exhibitions. I(n recent years, his works have been exhibited in the United States, Canada, Japan, The Philippines, Singapore, Hong Kong and Bulgaria and commended highly for his unique style. Some of his paintings are collected and displayed in the Great Hall of the People, Nationality Culture Palace, and beijing Academy of Painting, and published by newspapers and magazines. He is keenon the course of education an dtaught in Central Academy of Arts and KCrafts and some other institutions.
何鏡涵，1923年生，北京市人。自幼研習書畫， 勤奮好學。從師畫家黃均先生。1958年被北京中國畫院聘為畫士。擅長古裝人物，樓閣山水，在繼承傳統技法基礎上， 不斷探索，破格出新，以寫意樓閣山水自成一家。經常參加北京市及全國美展，近年來作品在美國、加拿大、日本、菲律賓、新加坡、香港、保加利亞等地多次展覽，以獨特風格獲得贊譽。不少作品為人民大會堂、民族文化宮、北京畫院等單位收藏陳列和報刊選用。熱衷教育事業，先后在中央工藝美術學院等處任教。
現為中國畫研究會理事，京華書畫會會長。
